Shipping Policy
Each custom piece is professionally packaged and shipped through UPS. You can expect a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email provided when orders are shipped out. Please allow 3-5 business days from order placement to receive your confirmation number.

Custom orders are shipped an average of 10-12 weeks out. There are multiple stages to create handmade ceramic lighting and decor, including at least a week long dry time, bisque fire, and final fire. Our lighting takes additional time to wire. I will make sure to keep you updated on your order throughout the process. Return & Exchange Policy
With the nature and fragility of each handmade piece all sales are final. If you have any questions about size or would like any additional photos on product, please contact me at mkphillippi@icloud.com.

Please inspect. your lamp carefully before installing. If there is any damage, please do not install. Keep all packaging material until your lamp is fully inspected and installations are final.

1. Handle items with care when removing from packaging. Items in packaging are fragile.
2. Install the harp onto the saddle with care.
3. Remove the finial from the harp, place the shade (packaged separately) on the harp, and secure the shade with the finial.
4 For euro/uno fitters attach the shade (packaged separately) directly on the lamp socket below the light bulb. Secure with the socket ring.
5. Insert the bulb (not included) into the socket. Be sure to use the correct bulb (identify your fixtures socket type and wattage).
6. Plug into the proper electrical outlet and test the lamp to make sure that it is operating properly.
7. Clean with a dry, soft cloth only. Please do not use harsh abrasives or chemical cleaners.
*If there is damage to your fixture during shipping, please notify me as soon as possible at mkphillippi@icloud.com . I want to make sure I can work on replacing any damaged shipments as soon as possible. Thank you.

To custom order, please visit https://www.phillippidesign.com/custom-order-ceramic-lighting. To place a custom order, I require 30% of the total cost of the order before I start work. The remaining payment is due upon delivery or shipping.
